Welcome to Mesomi ABN 41 684 900 721. These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the Mesomi website – www.mesomi.com.au (Site) – and all purchases of cosmetic skincare products (Products) made through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use this Site.

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate and you authorise Mesomi to charge your payment method. Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Your consumer rights under the ACL cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if your Product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

6. Cosmetic Skincare Disclaimer

Products sold are cosmetic-grade and not therapeutic. Website information is general in nature and not medical advice.

7. Product Availability & Descriptions

Product descriptions and imagery may vary. Mesomi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Mesomi is not responsible for delays, courier errors or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty under the ACL. See our full Returns Policy for details.
